Beyourcoach will help those wanting to break free from negative self talk, self doubt and feelings of low self esteem and self worth.

Through tailored and personalised coaching, I will guide you on your journey towards building a greater self acceptance, inner confidence, improved clarity and your own individual authenticity.

What are the benefits of the Introspective Life Coaching Programme?

FLEXIBILITY

After each coaching session you’ll have some reflective and coaching work to do, so why not take yourself off to a coffee shop or wherever you feel 100% focused with your notepad and pen and get started on the work ahead.

There’s no agenda other than set out by yourself so full flexibility is guaranteed. 

PRIVACY

Maybe during your coaching sessions you don’t want to disclose or cannot articulate what’s truly happening or how you’re feeling. Maybe you need some time to self reflect and analyse what’s truly happening.

With the introspective programme you have 100% privacy through your reflective work and coaching sessions. 

NO PRESSURE

Talking on the spot can be very pressured and may lead to you feeling a little unproductive occasionally.

 

With the programme you have the potential for communication daily and when that light bulb moment hits, you’re are able to actively get your voice and message across to your coach. 

SPONTAINITY

Do you ever wake up in the middle of the night with the answer you’ve been seeking ? Or replaying that conversation in your head and you’ve finally got the words to answer? Well this programme can provide that solution with email and WhatsApp communication, you can literally message the answers over for “in the moment” coaching. 

REFLECTION

Working through situations, feelings and scenarios can be overwhelming and challenging. However you will have plenty of time to reflect with the additional support outside of your coaching sessions to ensure you reflect effectively on each point discussed. This is a vital element to overcoming and finding solutions. 

SELF DISCOVERY

Embarking on your personal journey will be extremely empowering and rewarding. Taking control of your thoughts, situations and emotions, articulating and  evaluating them as you progress will ensure for greater recovery and a positive future.

What’s included in the 6 Week Introspective Life Coaching Programme?

PRE PROGRAMME

IMPACT CALL

Prior to commencing your Life Coaching Programme we will have an impact call to discuss your specifics and what you’re searching for from Life Coaching.  

 

This is vital to align ourselves together and optimise your coaching experience. 

PRE PROGRAMME

QUESTIONNAIRE

Diving deeper into your specifics and desires for coaching, this questionnaire will form our primary Life Coaching call. 

 

This coaching call is where we will dive into more details of your situations, wants and needs and give a deeper understanding of where you are to optimise and personalise your coaching experience. 

INTROSPECTIVE

LIFE COACHING

Over the coming weeks, you will be coached through your programme on situations, topics that you have chosen. 

These could be from self care, self esteem and self confidence to resilience, negative self talk and overcoming your limiting beliefs. There will be reflective homework to do on such areas which is vital for your growth and your accountability. 

ZOOM COACHING

ONLINE CALLS

All coaching calls will be delivered via zoom.

 

Depending on which programme you decide to choose, the volume and times will be slightly adjusted.

 

You will also be able to receive a copy and transcript for reflective work and feedback. 

EMAIL AND WHATSAPP

SUPPORT

You will be able to access email and/or WhatsApp support depending on which programme you choose. This will further support your progress and accountability. It will also allow you to reflect and free your mind outside of our coaching sessions to ask those questions that will pop into your mind as and when they arise.

HOMEWORK AND

ACCOUNTABILITY

As with any programme there will be elements of self reflection with thought provoking questionnaires for effective and life changing coaching.

 

It is vital that we promote change through reflections and honesty. This will support us to get deep and facilitate progress. 

BLUE LIGHT

COACHING CALLS

These “emergency calls” can be scheduled at short notice should an emergency happen and you need to tackle unexpected set backs, problems or issues that arise.

 

These are only available in my VIP Programme and times will be available in your calendar. 

POST PROGRAMME

REFLECTIONS

After your initial 6 weeks an additional coaching call is available for a reflective coaching session. 

This will be to address learnings and the positives that have appeared from your coaching. It is also there to see what can be improved and what additional support you may require. It will also give you a chance to ask any questions about next steps on your journey.

Who's Your Coach?

So who is your Coach?

 

With over 27 years of health, fitness and wellness experience from Personal Training, Fitness Consulting, Nutritional Coaching, Weight Management, Sports and Deep Tissue Therapy and now Life Coaching, I am well versed in listening, supporting and coaching clients suffering from long term and chronic physical and emotional issues. 

 

I am a huge believer that in order to achieve life changing results both physically and emotionally, it’s imperative we have a progressive, flexible and open mindset to double down on what’s causing us to avoid dealing with situations and feelings.  

 

Developing that mindset takes practice, repetition, belief, honesty and most of all resilience. Through Life Coaching, we will create a pathway for sustainable and long term success.

 

This is what has driven me throughout my career and what I am passionate about…. And that’s helping people overcoming their limiting beliefs, negative mindset and self respect.
